Best Quality, Best Taste
One of the overriding comments from the Camden Park “Steak Out” Party, was how good the food was.
We went out of our way to source the best ingredients to make the evening memorable.
The meat came from the superb Ginger Pig butchers in Borough Market. Not only did they provide us with the finest cuts of Rib Eye, Sirloin and Rump steaks but they also sent along their head butcher Chris to make sure the meat was cut up just the way we wanted it. Now, that’s what we call service and thanks Chris for all your help.
Our cheese board was selected from the stellar, Neals Yard Dairy, a proper, traditional Cheesemongers who mature their stock to perfection before offering it for sale.
Finally, Clarke's Bakery provided us with a wondeful selection of bread. it's easy sometimes to forget how incredible a carefully made loaf can taste!
